I cannot tell you how heartbroken I am about this. This poor dog has no one to care for her except the girl who hit her and almost killed her, and that's me. The vet will not even run the tests necessary to find out the extent of her injuries without someone being financially responsible for her bill. I can't do anything else except beg for help from everyone I know.
